IST LIMITED HELPED TO RE-ARCHITECT MUSICIANLINK'S JAMLINK USER INTERFACE

Mountain View, California, July 28, 2010 - IST today announced that it had successfully helped MusicianLink re-architect the user interface for MusicianLink's jamLink.

When MusicianLink, a pioneer in network music collaboration and Internet acoustics, needed expert assistance with the engineering of the user interface to their jamLink, they turned to IST.

MusicianLink's jamLink connects musicians in real-time over the Internet. They experience "in-the-room" feel with CD quality audio, and jam with players across town or hundreds of miles away without the latency problems traditionally associated with the Internet. This revolutionary new device is great for collaborating, song writing and jamming.

Working with the MusicianLink team, ISTs engineers helped re-architect the user interface to jamLink by moving from host dependent user interfaces to a generalized browser interface. This meant including a light-weight web server within jamLink and building an AJAX-powered browser interface.
