Licensed Products
X-Designer and Visaj are licensed products. They are subject to software license management, and cannot be fully
used without IST issuing an appropriate license key.
You can freely obtain from IST's web site a full copy of the product which comes with a time limited license (Visaj) or
a "demo" license (X-Designer).
For X-Designer you may apply to IST (by email to
license@ist-inc.com) for a time limited license.
Time limited licenses, normally 4 weeks, enable you to fully evaluate
the software to ascertain its suitability for your intended use. You will have reasonable access
to our support staff during this period to assist you with such evaluation.
When you are satisfied that the product is suitable for you, contact IST to request a quotation for the number of
'full' licenses you require.
Because IST and its distributors trade world-wide in a number of currencies and tax regimes it is not possible
to specify a single standard price for IST's products in every country.
The product prices given below are for a single user license, including one year of software support and upgrades,
of the English version. The support prices are for a one year software support agreement for a single user purchased prior to the expiry of the
current year's agreement.
The UK Pound (£) price is for the product/support
obtained from IST's Reading, UK office for use in the UK only. The US Dollar ($) price is for the product/support
obtained from IST's Mountain View, CA, office for use in mainland USA and Canada only.
All prices exclude any local taxes (for example sales tax or value added tax (VAT)).

| Discounts are available for the purchase of multi-user (two or more) licenses, to run with

Services
DeltsStream, Accessibility and the Services listed on the Services Pages all require
some negotiation to detemine your exact requirements before we can quote you a price.
Generally the Purchase of Services will be covered by a specific agreement, rather than just a purchase order.
In particular the pricing, method
of payment and schedule of deliveries will be covered by such an agreement. However our standard Terms & Conditions
will apply where they do not conflict with the specific agreement.
