Monkwood Technologies turned to IST for help in the design and implementation of their CellQ system. CellQ is a mobile virtual queuing system which helps to alleviate the frustration of waiting in line, for example for rides in theme parks. With the assistance of IST software engineers, elements of IST's DeltaStream mobile technology were deployed to form the foundation on which to build the revolutionary CellQ system. The DeltaStream technology enabled Monkwood Technologies to integrate mobile phone and wireless scanner technologies to maximise revenue for their client by improving customer experience and enjoyment.
